Soyuz blasts through the atmosphere

121515-soyuz atmosphereThe ‪Soyuz‬ spacecraft launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan to the International Space Station at 6:03 a.m. EST Tuesday (5:03 p.m. in Baikonur). Tim Kopra of NASA, Tim Peake of ESA, and Yuri Malenchenko of Roscosmos are now safely in orbit. Malenchenko, Kopra, and Peake will spend the next six-months living and working aboard the International Space Station.       1. LOL same here! All work and no play, however, can be a bad thing. By the time I’m done writing all day, my brain is fried. I need to get away from my computer more often.
